Description
The Dissemination, Impact, and Access Workshop for Programs, Centers, and Institutes at Northwestern University was held on Thursday, July 20, 2017 from 9:45 a.m. 3:30 p.m. All program assistants, program coordinators, program managers, research administrators (and other similar titles!) were invited for the one-day interactive workshop hosted by Galter Library and NUCATS. Lunch was provided by Galter Health Sciences Library.
Abstract
Traditionally, research is disseminated by publishing in academic journals. In the age of the internet and social media, dissemination has been given a boost through open access, tweets, facebook posts, blogging, and more. Come to this session to learn more about research dissemination plans and how they can pave the way for increased dissemination of research and stronger engagement with your stakeholders.Files
