Brass bas-relief of Dr. Archibald Church designed by Leonard Crunelle. Photo of bas-relief housed in Feinberg School of Medicine, Northwestern University, Chicago, IL. Archibald Church was Professor of Nervous and Mental Diseases. The bas-relief was erected in the Archibald Church Medical Library by order of the Board of Trustees of Northwestern University and unveiled at the dedication of the Montgomery Ward Memorial Building in June 1927.
