This datasheet contains all the resting state values for pair-wise connectivity analysis between language network regions of interest (ROI) for healthy control (C) and primary progressive aphasic (PPA) patients. G stands for agrammatic PPA, L stands for logopenic PPA, and S stands for semantic PPA. Five ROIs studied are as follows:IFG=Inferior frontal gyrusMTG= Middle temporal gyrusATL= Anterior temporal lobeSTG= Superior temporal gyrusAG= Angular gyrusLast columns list the normalized cortical volume for each of the above 5 ROIs.
