Description

A plasmid mapping and manipulation software.  Updated version allows for use of custom Java plugins.

Updated to resolve some UI issues.

Updated Sequence Tools plugin and new alignment tool plugin included.

Bug fixed in remapping enzymes and primers when an annotation is antisensed.
