The Dissemination, Impact, and Access Workshop for Programs, Centers, and Institutes at Northwestern University was held on Thursday, July 20, 2017 from 9:45 a.m. 3:30 p.m. All program assistants, program coordinators, program managers, research administrators (and other similar titles!) were invited for the one-day interactive workshop hosted by Galter Library and NUCATS. Lunch was provided by Galter Health Sciences Library.

This interactive session will address some commonly-asked questions about the NIH Public Access Policy: What is the difference between the PMID and the PMCID? How do papers get into PubMed Central? Does every manuscript require a PMCID? Who is responsible for compliance with the NIH Public Access Policy?Other
