Description

This rapid scoping review aims to map the current evidence on bowel function following watch-and-wait versus low anterior resection for rectal cancer. Specifically, we will (1) identify and categorize the instruments used to assess bowel function, (2) summarize reported functional outcomes, and (3) describe interventions reported for patients with bowel dysfunction.
