Description
Data supporting "Micrometer-scale structure in shark vertebral centra" published in Acta Biomaterialia 2024. The data are organized in directories titled by the common name for each species (The binomial names are given in a table in the paper). Each directory contains grayscale images and the corresponding binary segmented images (thresholds given in the Supplemental Material of the paper). The data collection metadata are given the Materials and Methods of the paper.
