Creators
Description
The Dissemination, Impact, and Access Workshop for Programs, Centers, and Institutes at Northwestern University was held on Thursday, July 20, 2017 from 9:45 a.m. 3:30 p.m. All program assistants, program coordinators, program managers, research administrators (and other similar titles!) were invited for the one-day interactive workshop hosted by Galter Library and NUCATS. Lunch was provided by Galter Health Sciences Library.
Abstract
Many federal funding agencies and journal publishers now require researchers to share their data openly, or to at least provide a descriptive plan on how they will share data upon request. This session will provide attendees with resources on how to find funders' data sharing requirements. Attendees will also have the opportunity to use Northwestern's Data Management Plan (DMP) tool to create a sample data management plan.Files
