Description

This MATLAB Live Script was developed for extraction of action potential waveform features at rheobase. Features include spike height (mV), spike width (ms), spike width at half-height (ms), threshold (mV), depolarization dV/dt (V/s), peak (mV), repolarization dV/dt (V/s), and afterhyperpolarization (mV).
