The STELLAR Program is an integrated bilingual (English/Spanish) healthy lifestyle telehealth program designed for individuals who have been diagnosed with cancer. Our central mission is to increase the accessibility of equitable health support and resources for cancer survivors within Northwestern Medicine's network.
